O meu País não aceita pagamento directo e não encontro revendedor com preços baixos para o adobe Creative Cloud. Peço que alguém me ajude.

No one here can help you. We are all users just like you.

It is not Adobe that has stopped you from purchasing a subscription to their applications, they would love to sign you up. But some type of restrictions in the laws of your country that make Adobe use a local, Country, Region, reseller.
