Licence CS5.5 : impossible à installer sur plusieurs ordinateurs

Bonjour,

 

J'ai acheté une licence adobe creative suite CS5.5 il y a longtemps, qui devrait pouvoir être installée sur 2 ordinateurs, que j'avais installée sur mon ancienne machine. 
J'ai maintenant un nouvel ordinateur, mais bien que je puisse normalement avoir la licence sur 2 ordinateurs, cela ne fonctionne pas. En effet, l'installation se fait correctement, mais lorsque j'ouvre un logiciel (par exemple Photoshop), il me demande un numéro de licence. 

C'est mon père qui avait installé cette suite adobe sur mon ancien ordinateur, mais je ne sais pas quel était le compte il avait utilisé, et il est maintenant décédé. 

Comment faire pour récupérer ma licence et la faire fonctionner sur mon nouvel ordinateur ?

Masumi, thanks for posting about your recent problems licensing Creative Suite 5.5. What is the exact text of the error message you received? You are posting in a public discussion forum, so please do not share peronsal information including email addresses and serial numbers.

Hello Jeffrey,

 

When I try to register the license into my adobe account, it says "Ce numéro de série est déjà utilisé.", and when I just try to open the softwares it doesn't say anything, it just asks for a license.

That means that the software is already registered under another account, Masumi. You can use the steps listed in https://adobe.ly/450E6EJ if you need to reset the password for the account you used to register Creative Suite 5.5.

 

It is very difficult to activate Creative Suite 5.5, in 2025, Masumi. Please see my previous post for information on how you can successfully complete the process in 2025. I would recommend you first focus on regaining access to the account that has the software registered, before you continue resolving any connection or software errors that are preventing you from using software created in 2010. ^JW
