Licence transfer; how to contact Adobe for a case number

The documentation about the licensing transfert say that I have to contact Adobe to obtain a case number.( first step) Please tell me how, because I don't find any contact mail or phone number. Same problème for the website https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/support/index. Can't open any new case. Thanx for your help

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache. If it fails to connect try using a different browser.
