adobe no longer sells permanent licenses for cs6 and there are no permanent licenses for later (cc) versions.

you can buy cs6 licenses from 3rd parties but there's a risk that license will fail sooner or later unless you make sure there's a proper license transer, Transfer an Adobe product license
