After installing Premiere Elements 2022 on my new PC, I received a message stating that the serial number had reached its maximum usage limit and that I needed to deactivate it on my previous PC.

However, the PC I previously used has broken down, and I cannot log in.

Please tell me how to slove it.

The only way to deactivate an installation of PSE 2022 is on the computer on which it is installed.

Unfortunately, if you can't do that, you are out of luck, as Adobe support no longer resets activations.

also, most licenses allow 2 activations. do you have access to the computer previous to the pc that broke down?
