Hi I bought a photography plan and I use apps on a computer with windows and on an iPad. I'm going to buy a MacBook in a few months and I'm worried whether I can install and use applications on Windows, MacBook and iPad at the same time?

Correct answer kglad

yes.

you can install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud on as many computers as you own and use it to install all (or some, if you want) of your cc subscription programs. the only (insignificant for internet connected computers) limitation is that you can sign-in (and therefore start your adobe programs) on, at most, two computers at any one time.

because you can sign out from either (or both) signed-in computers using a 3rd computer, this could not (imo) be easier.

So I have to log out of my Windows PC to use Photoshop on my Macbook and iPad at the same time, for example? I'm asking because the iPad version is a much worse app than the Windows and Mac versions, so I don't know if the iPad version license is counted the same for Adobe as it is for Windows and Mac

no, your mobile install doesn't count against your desktop installs.
