Hello guys, I have a problem. Yesterday my CC account began to give problems, I will access my programs and says to use a verification code for my account has expired. It is not true because even my license has a few months for me to use. Accessed the tutorial own Adobe to try to solve this problem, however unsuccessfully, I came up to uninstall the product but also not worked. I would like to help, because I work with design and need these software.

Leonardo.

confirm that your account shows the subscription(s) you expect (and that the adobe id used in your cc desktop app is the correct one) by logging in here and checking your subscription status, https://www.adobe.com/account.html

if it's not what you expect,  contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'still need help', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html

if it is what you expect, Troubleshooting FAQ: What do I do if I have a membership but my app is acting as if I have a trial?
