Question

License key every day ?

Sorry for my poor english !

I've bought Lightroom 6 (not the annual subscription, but the all software for eternity )

But, every time I open Lr, it ask me for the License Key and I start at point 0 (no memory of my choices of the last session)

Do you have the same issue ?

I couldn't find any mail address for the support, so I ask you !

Cheers

Cyrille

    What is your OS?

Did you use standard locations suggested by the installer to install Lightroom?

    Thanks for your answer

    OS = Windows 7

My hard disk has 2 partitions C and D

I installed Lr on D (with all the register)

Of course, it suggested me to install on C.. but I've not enough place

Cyrilleb23717126 I would recommend you free up enough space and install Lightroom to the C: drive.  You can store the images on your D: drive.  It is likely that the custom install location is leading to the need to re-enter the serial number.

If successful I would recommend you increase the size of your C: drive/partition to allow for applications to be installed.  You will also want to make sure to have sufficient disk space for any temporary files that are needed by the Operating System.
