License number only, no software

I am a new employee. I was given a license number for Dreamweaver (I will be user #2 of a two license copy) but they do not have the software. How will I go about downloading it if I'm not the oringal purchaser?

    Which version of Dreamweaver?

    Which operating system?

    If it's a retail version (not an Enterprise version) then it comes with one license with two activations per license.

    The software can be activated on two computers at any one time, both activations to be used by the same person but not used simultaneously.

    I'll have to ask, maybe it was one of two license numbers. It starts out with "DWD800" if that is helpful. Was going to install it on a Windows 7 system.
