License problem

My computer had problem that I had to reinstall the OS to its factory setting.  This deleted my Photoshop Element 15. I had to reinstalled. When I started using the newly installed Element, it says I had used more than required license limit. Need to deactivate one use. I just reinstalled on the same computer. Did not add another one. How can I stop the message that keeps popping up every time I use it?

    Contact Support thru chat when they are available and ask them to reset your activations.  That will get you back to where you started so that you can activate the installation again.

    Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect try using a different browser.
