License Recovery - Previous Support Attempts Unsuccessful

I am writing to you regarding an ongoing issue with my Adobe Captivate Classic license. I have previously submitted two support requests, but unfortunately, I have not received a satisfactory resolution or timely response. If it would be helpful, I can provide the  ticket numbers for reference.
The situation is as follows:
1. I purchased an Adobe Captivate Classic license several years ago.
2. Since then, I have sold one computer and formatted the hard drive on another.
3. I am now unable to recover my license due to the complex requirements for license transfer.
Key points:
• I have proof of purchase for the license.
• I still have access to the computer where Captivate was previously installed.
• I lost the license because I did not deactivate it before formatting the computer.
I am extremely frustrated by this situation, as the license represented a significant investment for me. I feel as though I have been robbed of a product I legitimately purchased.
My questions are:
1. Is there truly no way to recover or reinstate my license given the circumstances?
2. What specific steps can be taken to resolve this issue and restore my access to Adobe Captivate Classic?
I kindly request a thorough review of my case and a prompt, actionable response. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.
Sincerely,
Your Name

if you were not able to deactivate captivate on either of the other two computers, and your license was the typical 2 activations license, you won't be able to activate a 3rd install.

a new hard drive on a computer would count as a different computer, but a reformatted hard drive would not.  ie, from your description you should be able to activate captivate on your reformatted computer.

you just need the serial number and installation file.  do you have both?

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
