License transfer for CS2?

I recently sold my old CS2 software, not realizing that it had not been deactivated (on my old computer that no longer exists).

I need to transfer the license to the new owner, but cannot figure out how to obtain a case number to start the process (as reference in link below, under "License Transfer Process").  The link just takes me to a round-about troubleshooting center with no actual way to obtain a case number or even email Adobe customer care.

Any thoughts?

CS2 has been deactivated from our server, however who have purchased it can redownloaded  from the link given along with the serial numner.

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it continues to fail try using a different browser.

Are you aware that you are selling a license for software that is no longer supported and cannot be activated with your license?

I was not aware that it was deactivated and unsupported - now I am!  Thanks for your prompt response
