License upgrade from Lightroom 3.6 to 6 - Stand Alone not CC

Hi all,

I'm looking for a solution to bye an upgrade license for Lightroom 6 not the CC one... (I'm currently using a licensed Lightroom 3.6...).

When searching on the web I've found few solutions to do so.

But, when I click on the cart button to proceed to payment I got an error message that inform me that I need to use a Adobe ID from France.

I'm from Belgium, so...
