Licensing from the past

Question

I have a serial number for my adobe acrobat 9 pro which is not active and so the program will no longer work.  It was fine last week but now says I have a licensing problem.  Help!

Did something change on your computer between this week and last? What is the exact error you are receiving? There is this KB article if licensing has stopped working that you can try:https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/error-licensing-stopped-windows.html.
