Licensing issues when I go to re-install on a new machine?

I had Illustrator CS5 installed on 2 machines (1 license). One machine crashed, obviously before I was able to officially uninstall it. Will I run into licensing issues when I go to re-install it on a new machine?

Yes, you will noit be able to activate the new installation until you deactivate the one that you had.  Uninstalling is not necessary but deactivating is.  You can contact Adobe support using chat and they can manage the deactivation for the inaccessible installation.

Serial number and activation chat support (non-CC)
