Lighrroom sistem update problem

Hi guys.. I have a problem.. I just reinstalled windows because I needed a general cleaning.. after the reinstallation.. I couldn't reinstall lightroom.. I want to specify that the windows was taken directly from the original Microsoft website, the previous one was a windows 10 from the filelist... I need help and advice because this is so annoying.. I can't figure it out.. or understand why it still asks for a different version of windows..

Be specific, which Windows and version # do you have now?

Most Creative Cloud apps work on these systems.

Windows 11 (64-bit) versions 23H2, 22H2; Windows 10 versions 22H2, 21H2;
MacOS 15 (Sequoia), 14.7 (Sonoma), 13.6.7 (Ventura), 12.7.6 (Monterey).
