Light Room 4 - not installing

I purchased Light Room last night. After receiving the serial number and downloading the file everytime I click on the file to intall the following message appears "Operation could not be complete. (com.apple.installer.pagecontroller error-1.) Couldn't oper "Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 4.pkg".

What do I do?

    • Mac OS X v10.6.8, 10.7, or v10.8
    • 2GB of RAM
    • 1GB of available hard-disk space
    • 1024x768 display
    • DVD-ROM drive (if installing from DVD)
    • Internet connection required for Internet-based services*
