I am trying to download Lightroom 2 and keep getting a message that installation failed  and to contact customer support. I need this to install my Lightroom 4 upgrade

    I tried to do that and did enter the number when I installed LR4 but I got a message back that said it was missing some elements. Not sure what it was referring too because it did not get specific

    You should not need it installed to upgrade.  You should only need the serial number from version 2.  During the installation of version 4 it should ask for the serial number of the preceding version.
