Lightroom 2015 updating and mobile sync. problems

Lightroom won't allow me to sign into my account for Lightroom Mobile Sync.

Problem: Click "Sign In" from "Getting started with Lightroom mobile" and nothing happens...
In preference>Lightroom mobile: Not signed in.

Mac OS Sierra

My lightroom CC version is 2015.

Lightroom Help->Updates, but that is grayed out and cannot click on it.

I tried update it to version 2015.12 to solving the first problem, but update fails.

I cannot update through Creative Cloud - I tried manually checking for updates.

I tried signing out and in.

I dowloaded Lightroom 2015.12 dngfile, but it fails as well.

That gives me error: update Failed…Updates have been suppressed by the administrator. (I am administrator)

I didn’t find any OPM.db file or AdobeUpdaterAdminPrefs.dat. file.

Please help, what to do.

I have photography subscription and i have sing in same adobe id.

Like tiltshift said: CC is not showing me the latest version of lightroom, is stuck on the first version of lightroom 2015 CC.

Hoping to see a solution soon.

Same thing is happening to me. CC is not showing me the latest version of lightroom, is stuck on the first version of lightroom 2015 CC.

Hoping to see a solution soon.

if you have a lightroom subscription, install the cc desktop app from here, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and install/update lightroom using the desktop app.

I removed Lightroom and I used your link, but only version 2015 got installed.

Desktop app. didn’t find any updates.

check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com

sign in to your cc desktop app, using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription:  http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
