My laptop crashed with Lightroom 3 on it that I purchased in October 2011. I do have my product id number but cannot figure out how to download it on my new computer.

    When I go to my account it shows my purchase with the product id but where it should say download it is gone. Can I only download once? of which I did in October 2011.
