I bought lightroom 3 in 2010. I still have access to my account and my serial number but it will not allow me to download the product even though I bought the "multiple platform". I have a new computer and would just like the product I paid for.

I wanted the same version and someone sent me the link in response to my post and it was a link that said 3.0 but it was actually 3.6 but my code for 3.0 works anyway. That was just a few weeks ago.
