Lightroom 4.3 on a Mac

Lightroom failed to install on my Mac osx 10.7.5. The Application Manager thinks its installed so it won't let me upload and try again. In a Chat for 3 hours with Adobe and they can't figure out a work around. Any Ideas?

follow the directions and download the lightroom 4 trial and use your serial number to install/activate:  http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-lightroom-4-is-out.html

then update:  http://blogs.adobe.com/lightroomjournal/2012/12/lightroom-4-3-now-available.html

Sounds great but I purchased online and there is no serial number, only an order number
