Lightroom 4 Deactivation

Hallo!Ich habe meine LR4 Lizenz auf zwei Geräten aktiviert und möchte sie deaktivieren.Leider ist LR 4 auf keinem meiner Geräte mehr installiert. Wie kann ich jetzt deaktivieren? Von Adobe bekomme ich keinen Download Link mehr für eine erneute Installation...Danke für Eure Antworten! Uli ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Hi! I have activated my LR4 license on two devices and want to deactivate them. Unfortunately, LR 4 is no longer installed on any of my devices. How can I deactivate now? contact adobe support and request "an activation count reset". ask for nothing else related to lr 4 or you will be referred back here where you cannot be helped.

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
