lightroom 4 download

Hi, previously I have purchased Lightroom 4 and am wanting to download this to a new computer however when I log into my account to try and download it gives me a software download 404 error code - "Sorry, this software is currently unavailable to download. Please report this error to your associated partner help desk ..."

I have done an online chat and have been directed to post on this forum to get some clarity as to how I can access Lightroom 4 on my new computer.

    Do NOT let the support agent tell you to come to the forums for help... no user in a public forum has access to Adobe's internal links, you MUST obtain the program and update links from Adobe support
