Lightroom 4 needs 2 (TWO) serial numbers (upgrade).

I'm trying to reinstall LR4, having installed it, I type in my serial number, then am asked for a second serial number (as it was an upgrade from LR2), looking on the MyAccount part of the site, I can find one number, but not the other.  I seem to have lost my original serial due to 3 house moves in 2 years.  Any idea how I can regested my copy of LR4?

Thanks

Alan

By “one but not the other” do you mean you can find LR4’s number but not LR 2’s or did you also purchase LR1, where its serial number will also work.

The numbers can be on the registered products list if they have been registered or on the purchased products list if you bought a download.

If your serial number was on a box and you never told Adobe what it was, they can’t do anything for you.

If you have the old computer where LR2 was installed, before, and the disk is still intact, the serial numbers are in a text file, in the following folder on Windows, at least:

    C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Lightroom\Lightroom x.0 Registration.lrreg,
