I already have the lightroom app but I haven't downloaded it on this laptop and it won't let me without buying it.

Have you purchased Lightroom as subscription or with Serial number ?

Or when you try to launch Lightroom application , is it prompting to purchase app ,even if you had already purchased subscription ??
