Lightroom 5.5 patch needed

Hello

I have bought LR 5.0 some time ago.  I also upgraded it to 5.5 during the one year service period. 

Now I need to re-install is due to LR failure to register again after a crash. 

Do somebody knows were can I download a legal patch ?

IF/When you do have a download, be sure to copy it to AT LEAST one external device
-since Adobe does sometimes remove old versions from the server
-a usb flash drive or external hard drive, or write to a DVD
-plus a text file containing your serial number if you have CS6/CS5

I think the latest version was Lr 5.7.

Thanks  but I could not find neither the Lr 5.5 patch nor the Lr 5.0 installation prog.

Did you register your product?

As of my knowledge, you can upgrade Lr5 up to the latest version (5.7.1). But well, it's an eternity that I did use that version. So my memory may fail me.
