I purchase the upgrade for Lightroom 5.. I have tried multple times to download the upgrade and am unable to.. I keep getting told to use current IE version which i have.. it says i need current Flash player and I do, yet unable to get past the screen and download.. I have windows 8 and ths ongoing issue will cause me to return program without resolution.

    use a different browser or use compatibility mode with ie 10.
