My computer was stolen got a new one and I have my lightroom 5 code and now the download is now where I contacted Adobe rude as hell and no help anyone have the download?

They should have been polite while refusing to help. The download is gone indeed, you need to keep such things safe (not just on your computer).

How is it not safe? That makes no sense.

Keep it safe, like you keep anything valuable safe. So if you download some valuable software, you keep the downloaded installer. But not just on your computer ! Because if the computer breaks or is stolen, you don't have anything. So you need to back it up somewhere else - just like you back up all your other important files in case your computer breaks or is stolen.
