Lightroom 5 broken disc

Hi there just purchased a secondhand camera online it has a broken cd for Lightroom 5 and only a ref code of RD72-8212T printed on it there is no 24 digit serial number any where in package when arrived with me.

Is there any thing I can do to use this product ,have approached Adobe they passed me to this forum

Since it came with the camera and the redemption code has probably already been used I doubt you can use it.
