Lightroom 5 installed and trying cc trial however .

Question

I tried to download cc ( LR and PS) I already have and use LR5 and PSE 14.

PS downloaded but lightroom came up with .49 errors. i followed the link on adobe help but it made no sense as the app folder didn't exist, firewall disabled made no difference. bit disapointed so far, is there a quick help i'm not a computer geek and don't want to spend all day trying to resolve .

Hi Dellboyo,As you have mentioned that you encountered error 49 while installing Adobe Photoshop Lightroom CC and you have also expressed that you were unable to find "AppData" folder on your machine while following this help article: -Troubleshoot Error 49 (download or update failed).I would like to inform you that "AppData" is a hidden folder. To unhide hidden folder try these steps mentioned on this link: - https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files and then try the steps mentioned on that help article for Error 49. what error occurred when trying to install lr cc?if it's in english, attach a screenshot of the error message. otherwise, quote the message.
