Lightroom 5 - Not letting me enter serial number after downloading for new computer

Question

Hello all,I've just installed Lightroom 5 on a new device.  When I open the application after installation, I get error 213:10, which is related to licensing.  It doesn't appear that I can enter my serial number anywhere in order to verify my appropriate use of the product.  I only use the application on one other computer, and am willing to discontinue that use in order to use it on the new one.  Can someone kindly guide me here?  Thanks!
