    Could you please provide some more details about the issue, like which version of Adobe Creative Suite do you own?

    Do you have Creative Suite or Creative Cloud subscription?

    What is the operating system of your computer with its version?

    Lightroom 5

    Mac OS Sierra

    It states the serial is invalid. IO’ve recently had to wipe my Mac and re install the OS

    Do NOT post a serial number in an open forum... but do you have 6 groups of 4 numbers, with no letters?
