Lightroom 6.4 update not available

I have Lightroom 6.1 STANDALONE version installed on Windows.

When I go to "Help/Updates" menu, a Creative Cloud window is opened and it says that I have NO APPLICATION installed, and then offers me to try "Lightroom CC (2015)".

I just want to update my instaled LR 6.1 version to LR 6.4 version.

I did already manually download the 6.4 update ZIP file from the official Adobe update link, and when I execute the exe file inside the ZIP,  it complains and says "this patch is not applicable to you".

I'm very disappointed with Adobe and THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME I PAY FOR ANY ADOBE PRODUCT (NOT TO MENTION THE DISCRIMINATION THAT NON CC USERS ARE SUFFERING WHEN "NEW FEATURES" CAN ONLY BE USED ON THE CC VERSION OF THE PROGRAM. DIDN'T WE PAY FOR THE PROGRAM? ARE  WE 'SECOND CLASS' USERS?).

YOU ARE REALLY MAKING THINGS NO GOOD!

YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY ONES (NEITHER THE BEST ONES) MAKING PHOTOGRAPHY EDITION SOFTWARE.

Correct answer kglad

it can take a while for updates to be rolled-out to all the adobe servers.

if you can't wait,

What’s new in Lightroom CC 2015.4 and Lightroom 6.4?

Hi,

I already tried those links and followed the instructions, but there was no luck.

I can understand that "it can take a while for updates to be rolled-out to all the adobe servers", but I don't understand why I can't update to any of the previous updates (6.2 and 6.3) and it just says "there is no available updates".

Thank you for your answer, kglad.
