Lightroom 6 License (Offline License) became inactive after Processor Change

Hello,

after changing the processor from i5 to i7 without any other change in the computer, the Lightroom license, Photoshop Elements 12 and Premiere Elements 12 starts as a test version.

The computer is offline. All three programs are licensed offline.

How can I /deactivate the old offline license / relicense the programs without counting down against the second installation?

We have fixed the serial number for Lightroom 6 you can now try to activate it again.
