Lightroom 6 Serial for new PC

Question

Hi there,I´ve bought LR6 in 2017 and installed it on my Laptop. My Laptop had a CPU / Motherboard failure but I was able to rescue my Harddrive.After installing LR6 on my new Laptop I get the message, that my serial number is in use on another PC and that I should "logout" from Lightrrom on my old PC within the next 30 days to aktivate the software for my new PC.Since my old PC is dead (doesn`t even start the BIOS) I am not able to logout from my old PC.Any advise how to solve my problem and get my LR6 serial number converted to my new PC/Laptop?Thanks in advance

When you can't deactivate a serial number
BE SURE TO ONLY ASK FOR ACTIVATION SUPPORT TO ADJUST YOUR ACTIVATION COUNT
You may need to PERSIST or TRY AGAIN to find a support agent with more experience

Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link
