je viens d'acheter un DVD Lightroom 6 pour mac; l'installation ne fonctionne pas: "échec de l'installation"

j'ai redémarré le mac, enlevé l'antivirus je n'arrive pas à trouver la solution

j'ai un iMac 27' de 2011 high sierra et 12 Go de RAM

Je n'arrive à joindre personne de chez Adobe pour l'instant

    Yvesb1084716, I am sorry that you are unable to install Lightroom 6 on the 27" iMac running macOS 10.13.6.  Do you have any other Adobe software installed on the computer?  If so what software titles and version?

    I would recommend reviewing the install log to determine why the installation is failing, Yvesb1084716.  Information on how to locate and interpret the install log can be found at Creative Cloud download and install errors .  Please post any specific errors you discover to this public forum discussion.
