Question

Lightroom asking to verify subscription often

I'm running lightroom cc 8.2.1 and photoshop 20.0.4 on a 2013 macbook pro. Every so often my battery will die at 40% and just shut down. Upon restarting Adobe continues to ask me to verify my subscription. I'm all paid up to date, and its fine when i re-enter my details but this is really frustrating as i need a internet connection to do so which in my line of work I don't always have.

I'm going to sea next week for a photography assignment so I need to get this fixed! Simple answer is work plugged in all the time...but in the event it drops out for whatever reason i still need be able to work!

And I suppose that you need to set the clock again? Each time the clock is changed in an unexpected way, Adobe programs ask for confirmation of your subscription status. If that is the case, there is nothing you can do about, except avoiding the battery provoked shutdown.
