I am a member of Adobe cc.  I want to install Lightroom cc, however this program is not opening.  What should I do?

Same here! I have tried all the suggestions on this site but it still fails to load. Time is running out as I can't get it running. As I'm looking for an alternative to Aperture Capture one is looking favourite at the moment. judging by the number of people who are having the same problem Adobe must be aware

Try signing out and signing in back on Creative Cloud App and then launching
