Lightroom CC is the only app that asks for my serial number

I just purchased Adobe CC and all programs seem to work, except Lightroom.  When I try to open lightroom on my desktop and my laptop computers it asks for my serial number.  I've checked the server connectivity and my adobe account info.  What do I do?

Hi there,

           Adobe Photoshop Lightroom subscription asks for serial number under two conditions:
           1. When you have just downloaded trial and it's 30 days validity is over Or you have reinstalled the trial on the same system.

            2. When you have downloaded trial version of lightroom and subscribed to paid cloud.

            

           You will have to uninstall the trial version of lightroom from the sysstem and then login to creative.adobe.com and download the lightroom from there and sign with the adobe id and password, and it will no longer ask for serial number.

Hi Snowbasin,

Please ensure you have not already downloaded a trial version of Lightroom 5?

If this is case then uninstall it and check.

Please let me know incase this is not the scanario.
