Lightroom CC start up issues after reinstall

Hello

I currently have Photoshop and Photoshop Beta installed via Creative Cloud

I also have lightroom and Lightroom classic installed.

All software is fine except Lightroom.  It loads and just hangs at the spalsh screen.  The same laptop prior to a windows reinstall (same copy) worked fine for all four apps in the past for some time.

I have uninstalled lightroom twice but no progress.

I am relying on classic but it isnt our prefered programme.

Any ideas?
