Lightroom classic CC error :213:11

good morning,

after setup I can't start LR, I have a message error 213:11.

I try to switch folder SLStore without flag "only read" and I reinstalled the program, but the error is still present.

I use windowe 8

can you help me?

    if that's a licensing error, try to apply this acrobat fix to your lr, Resolve the licensing issue and error 213:xx for Acrobat X and Acrobat XI
