Lightroom Classic Latest Update Bugs

So having updated to the new LR Classic and upgrading my catalogue, I realised 2 issues:

1) One folder from my catalogue did not get transferred over to the upgraded catalogue.

2) When using the colour rating labels to sort photos out, it is ridden with bugs, sometime showing the correct label and sometimes showing no photos at all. Even when you click out of the colour rating, it still does not show any photos at all. I have to click out of the folder and back into the folder to see the photos.
