Lightroom CS4 download not working

Customer support sent me here, the link in my orders and the link customer support sent me do not work.  I even tried incognito windows.

The error though my orders:

Sorry, this software is currently unavailable for download. Please report this error to your associated Partner Help Desk. Apologies for any inconvenience.

The error through the link from CS:

The requested URL /pub/adobe/legacy/lightroom/win/4.x/Lightroom_4_LS11_win_4_4_1.exe was not found on this server.

Can someone help me get my software??

    Never mind, I dug out an old laptop that thankfully had the program installed and copied it over to my new computer.  Will be backing it up in many places now that I know getting the download from adobe is difficult.

    if you purchased from and registered with adobe, check https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/downloaded-older-app.html  for info on how to download non-current adobe programs.

    once you download, if you're having trouble finding your file(s), https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-downloaded-file-app.html

    if that fails AND you've (a) registered your software with adobe or (b) can provide proof of purchase, using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'chat', https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

    Hi, did all those things.. went through my orders like the first link and contacted adobe support... they sent me here since I got error messages all the ways they wanted me to try.
