Lightroom does not work

I paid for the Photography CC, and I now have access to Photoshop, but Lightroom still says that my "Trial Expired" and has a blue "Buy Now" button. I thought that I was supposed to get both apps.

Please sign out of Creative Cloud App(Preferences>>General) and quit it

Then open Lightroom and sign in with your ID

Let me know if this does not help

Please sign out of Creative Cloud App(Preferences>>General) and quit it

Then open Lightroom and sign in with your ID

I get a sign in box that lists the "Terms and Conditions for Trial Software"

Is this where I should sign in at?
