Lightroom download freeze at 40.1

Hello All,

I'm trying to install Lightroom together with Adobe Creative cloud. Well... the procedure arrives at 40.1% and then... nothing. If I stop it and then I open the Creative Cloud to re-start the installation in the "App" section I can't do nothing cause "I'm not the administrator". For sure that's not possibile as you can imagine. I tried to unistall the package and to re-start the procedure but I obtained the same result (also with the Antivirus disable).

Can anyone help me please?

Thanks

I had a similar issue.

Make sure that you have all Windows updates that are available.

The one thing that was causing it for me, believe it or not, was that I needed to do a clean installation of the latest Studio graphics driver from the NVIDIA website. After doing that and restarting, all was OK.
