I'm trying to download Lightroom directly from the website.  I go through the steps and arrive at the page that says "Lightroom is downloading now ..."  but nothing is happening.  Nothing is being downloaded. Suggestions?

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it continues to fail try using a different browser.

Thanks Ned.  Was using Chrome and tried following your advice.  I'm logged in, cookies are enabled and cleared cache.  That did not help.  So switched to IE, signed in and now I can't get to any downloads.  Can't even get to a profile so I can see what my account status is.  When I select menu, I'm taking to a popup that lists all adobe apps and asks which I'd like to buy.

Some background: this is a work PC that was supposedly setup with an adobe account to download/install all CC apps.  My tech support is telling me it's an Adobe issue and they need to fix it.  Unfortunately I only have access to forums, not direct support, so it's been a little challenging trying to solve all of the issues I've been having.  I've been trying to solve various issue for 5 weeks now.  I give up!

Thank you for you effort.
