Lightroom fails to install, but I can install all other apps

HI there,

I'm having issues trying to install Lightroom. It tries to install a shortcut to my work home directory not on the C Drive on my machine like all other apps. I have tried to change the default save location and make sure it is the C Drive as per all the other apps but this has made no difference. We have now tried on a few othr users here and they are having the same issue.

Is anyone else having the same issue?

p.s. you should consider uninstalling quicktime: QuickTime on Windows | Creative Cloud blog by Adobe

Hi we did look at this but as its only affecting one app, and we have been having issues with updates in general this wasn't really an option. but thanks
