Lightroom fails to install on Windows 7 (64 bit) with error code EX20.

I just downloaded Creative Cloud.  I am trying to download Lightroom (2015). But It give me the message "Installation Failed - Unable to extract files. Press Retry to download the product again. (EX20).

I've Retried, and Creative Cloud closed with critical error. Many times with the same result. Any ideas?

I tried to solve the answers here, no result

    иринаб26646799 how much disk space do you have available on your C: partition?   Did try all of the steps offered in the discussion referenced by Per in message #1 of this discussion?  Did you have any question regarding any of the steps that were offered?

    If you have sufficient disk space then I would recommend you try the installation under a newly created local Administrator account.  For complete details on how to setup a new local Administrator account see Adobe troubleshooting: Creating an admin account in Windows .
