Lightroom from Mac to PC

Question

I bought lightroom 5 for Mac, I have a key code and all service installing is for Mac.

Now I have a lot of problems with Mac, I am change my Mac to PC.

So I would like to know if I can install this lightroom in my future PC ?

Does it definitely say Mac only?

Unlike most Adobe software, Lightroom serial numbers were usually multi-platform so the same serial number could be used on both Mac and PC.

On your new PC, try downloading the Lightroom 5.7.1 (Windows) installer from Download Photoshop Lightroom and enter your LR5 serial number. Should work.

If you bought a disc set that included installs for both Mac and Windows, yesOtherwise, you can't install one on the other
